The Chef Professional Baking House provides opportunity to learn art of pastry in an intimate setting, we teach you how to make tasty pastries ranging from bread, pudding, cookies and any cakes you can imagine.
Here you will be trained by Chef Simon Seow and his well-experienced team. Chef Simon Seow has 20 years of experiences in pastry industry, ever since Chef Simon founded The Chef Professional Baking House in 2005; he had successfully trained more than 4000 talented young pastry cook. Before that, Chef Simon Seow had trained people locally and overseas in well-recognized institution situated in Kuala Lumpur and China.
Students from The Chef Professional Baking House have opportunity to work internationally such as Dubai, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Australia and New Zealand. There are countless students have opened their very own bakery shop after graduate from The Chef Professional Baking House.
