The Chef是成立于2005年的一所集合烘焙与烹饪教学的厨艺学院。我们主要提供专业烘焙培训课程，其毕业文凭被英国伦敦城市职业技能协会所认证。
The Chef 创始人，同时也是烘焙基础培训指导厨师 Simon Seow， 有着20多年的糕饼烘培经验，并且在多知名的学院拥有超过8年的教学经验。 自2007年起，Simon Seow已经成为澳洲的 ‘高级烘培厨师’成员。

THE CHEF is a baking & culinary academy which established since 2005 with the aim of providing professional skills & vocational training in baking and culinary arts at diploma level certified by City & Guilds of London Institute, an International recognized institution.
Our principle Chef Simon Seow is the chief instructor and founder of The Chef and he has 20 years experience in pastry industry and over 8 years of teaching experience in various reputable colleges. Chef Simon Seow is a member of Australian Culinary Federation at New South Wales of Australia since 2007.

What is City & Guilds
英國倫敦城市行業協會乃是英國負責檢查和認証管理和技術培訓的機構，從入門級至與研究生學位課程同等的學歷，包含了28個行業領域裡500多項資格鑒定。創辦於1880年，英國倫敦城市行業協會在1900年被維多利亞女王授予皇家憲章(RC117)。
同時，英國倫敦城市行業協會也提供無數獎勵於烘培業与廚藝的新秀人才，同時定時進行例行和監督支援職務。
The City and Guilds of London Institute (City & Guilds) is United Kingdom Examining and Accreditation body for vocational, managerial and engineering training, offering over 500 qualifications in 28 industry areas, spanning from entry level to the equivalent of a postgraduate degree. Incorporated in 1880, the City and Guilds of London Institute was granted its Royal Charter (RC117) by Queen Victoria in 1900.
The City and Guilds of London Institute also provide award that is aimed at candidates who are new to the bakery and cooking industry and who will be carrying out routine and supervision and support duties.
